Olio Canelli is seasonally available to bring every year to your table the fruitiness and the sensations of an Extra Virgin Olive Oil freshly extracted.
This olive has a yield of about 14 liters of oil per 100 kg of processed olives, while conventional olives have yields of 20/24 liters per 100 kg. The yield is influenced by the processing, the harvesting period and the olive cultivar.
Medium fruity, with floral herbaceous tones, the taste is sweet and balanced with light bitter / spicy notes and sensations of vegetable green and green tomato.
Olio Canelli is available seasonally to bring the taste of freshly extracted Extra Virgin Olive Oil to your table every year.
